The hotel's location was a real bonus, providing easy access not only to Venice but also to neighboring cities like Padova and Verona, making day trips a breeze. The room itself was quite small, with a somewhat uncomfortable mattress configuration—twin beds that left a noticeable gap between them. The breakfast selection was limited, leaving much to be desired in terms of variety, along with a feeling that it lacked freshness.

my stay at hotel lugano was great! the room was nice and clean, and i loved having a little balcony. everything was well taken care of, including clean towels and sheets. it's just a 5-minute walk to mestre station, making it super easy to explore the area. the staff were really friendly and helped make my stay even better.
the breakfast could use some variety, maybe change the fruits daily.

Had a fantastic time with friends! The hotel is super close to Mestre station, making it easy to visit the M9 Mestre Museum and Toniolo Theatre. We loved the clean rooms and the helpful staff. The breakfast was nice, and they even prepared breakfast boxes for us when we had early plans. Highly recommend it!
One downside was the attitude of the manager. We encountered some issues, and instead of accommodating us, he seemed to have a bad temper and didn't provide helpful solutions. It left a bit of a sour note during an otherwise great trip.
